Maxim Healthcare in Chattanooga is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Young pediatric patient

g-tube/trach/ventilator dependent

7:00am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday

Located in: Downtown Chattanooga

Pediatric / g-tube patient

Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Located in: Hixson

Teenage pediatric patient

g-tube/trach/ventilator dependent

Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm

Located in: Chattanooga

Young pediatric patient

g-tube/trach

Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm

Located in: Hixson

Pediatric patient

g-tube

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm

Located in: Downtown Chattanooga

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card.
