Hybrid Role 3 days a week on site 7:30a.m.-4p.m. Monday-Friday in downtown Seattle, WA.
A large technology firm is looking for a legal administrative assistant to provide timely and effective support to senior paralegals, attorneys, and sourcing professionals and will collaborate with other paralegals and members of the Law & Corporate Affairs Department to support Starbucks global supply chain, innovation, research and development groups as well as other business functions as assigned.

Commercial contracts and legal drafting experience
2-3+ years of legal administrative and/or contracts management experience
Law firm, in-house legal department, or contracts management experience
High ethical standards and proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Meticulous attention to detail and advanced organizational skills
Poise under pressure and ability to meet strict deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills
