Litigation Attorney

Description

Robert Half Legal is partnering with multiple mid-sized litigation defense firms that are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-10 years of experience to join their team. These firms specializes in the areas of complex civil litigation, including professional liability, construction disputes, product liability, insurance defense, insurance coverage and all aspects of tort defense. The ideal candidate should have handled multiple aspects of civil litigation including experience taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, trial preparation, and legal research. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills required. This position is paying between $120-140K, DOE, plus bonus and benefits. Requirements

• JD and Licensed in IL

• 3-10 years of complex civil litigation experience

• Experience in any of the above mentioned areas of litigation

• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and writing skills

• Excellent academic credentials and references
