Contract: 13 weeks, possible extension

Schedule: 7p-7a, or 8 hour option for 3-11/11-7

Rate: $32/hour local or $1526/gross weekly travel

Requirements

• NC LPN license

• BLS Certification

• Relevant long term care experience required
