    This position is within our Refresh Mental Health (RMH) organization, which provides a variety of behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist for our Grand Blanc or Flint, MI locations.

    Full time and part time options available along with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Develop and coordinate a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting moderate to severe social or mental behavior problems

    • Involves patient and/or family in treatment planning as appropriate

    • Conducts individual, family or group therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelines. Option to develop and provide time-limited psycho-educational groups or ongoing therapy groups

    Required Qualifications:

    • Doctoral degree, PhD or PsyD, in clinical psychology from an APA-approved graduate school

    • Licensed Clinical Psychologist for independent practice in Michigan

    • 2+ years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families

    • Proven ability to commute to the location in-person

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Significant experience evaluating adults and/or children in an outpatient clinical setting

    • Experience with children or adolescents

    • Experience with couples or family counseling

    • Experience with health psychology

    • Knowledge and experience in providing neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-based interventions

    • Proven to be comfortable using computers - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS

    • Proven to be comfortable completing diagnostic assessments, general psychiatric testing, and providing direct therapy in an outpatient clinical setting

    • Proven to be competent with a wide range of clinical presentations

    • Proven to form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinating care with internal and external providers

    • Proven ability to represent the practice in community presentations and lectures
