Experience delivering learning solutions for application developers or related technical roles.
Experience with cloud computing technologies.
Software development experience in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, Go, ~~~, C++.
MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
Experience with delivering technical training in an instructor-led or video format.
Experience with peer coaching and leadership.
Experience with creating and managing demonstration sites and lab activities.
Experience with developing software in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environment.
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills, including effectively explaining technical topics to novice audiences and negotiating with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
The Cloud Learning Services team is a growing organization within Google Cloud, and as a Learning Porfolio Manager on this team, you will design and architect our learning curriculum for people who build on Google Cloud.
In this role, you will work closely with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to design, develop, and maintain technical learning content and curricula for technical personnel who design, build, and maintain software applications built on Google Cloud. You'll guide and mentor technical curriculum developers who build training materials from the designs you originate. You will development languages and demonstrate the ability to translate technical content into effective learning solutions. You will also be passionate about increasing your skill-level in order to become a subject-matter expert in relevant areas.

Perform needs and task analyses, define learner personas, scope projects, and evaluate existing materials to identify the most appropriate training approach and content to help diverse global audiences learn about cloud business transformation. Speak in public forums.
Drive the overall roadmap for learning on application development, including specifying the requirements and the high-level layouts of training programs, modules, and materials in multiple modalities.
Mentor Curriculum Developers and Technical Curriculum Developers.
Work closely with the Cloud professional certification team to ensure alignment of learning assets to credentials and certifications.
Drive best-practices standardization across all projects and content.
