    Insight Global is seeking a Lead QA Tester for one of our large manufacturing clients in Waller, Tx. The Lead QA Tester is responsible for preparing test plans and test cases, reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. This person will build and execute automation scripts, as well as collaborate with internal teams. They will be responsible for reviewing the debugging process results and relaying their findings to necessary team members. This person will need to be local and report onsite 2-3 days/week in Waller, Tx.

    Skills and Requirements

    • BS or MS degree in Computer Science Engineering or other related area.

    • 5+ years' experience working in a QA Engineer position.

    • Experience writing test scripts in Python/Java.

    • Experience with both white box and black box testing.

    • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, BrowserStack.

    • Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting. · Prior experience and understanding of Agile/Scrum development principles.
