    H&M is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their Canadian team in Toronto. As a level 1/Level 2 Help Desk professional, they are looking for someone who is technically savvy and can report to the Toronto office Monday through Friday 8-5PM.

    Responsibilities

    • Technically savvy

    • Level1/Level 2 Help Desk Scenarios

    • Tickets usually created for incidents

    • Or have a tech lounge (In the Toronto Office)

    • Standard prompt stuff but also doing deskside/hardware type of support

    • Proficient in Windows, hardware (workstation), office equipment, some specific devices via ("teams") rooms that would have to be managed.

    • Active Directory Knowledge- admin support (MAC, disable, change passwords, resets)

    • Reporting/documentation skills

    • Upkeep and contribute to existing knowledge base

    • Reporting: hardware assets, asset management, utilizations, powerBIs

    • Onsite most of the time Monday-Friday 8-5PM

    • Some flexibility but mostly onsite

    • Down the road get into hybrid model
