    Job Responsibilities/Duties

    Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS) is looking for an Integration Specialist. The position will be responsible for scheduling work activities and craft resources performed by Production Operations, Maintenance, Tank Farm Projects, and/or Retrieval Operations in a safe and compliant manner utilizing the Rolling Work Week Schedule process as the tool for Earned Value Management System (EVMS) accountability.

    The specific duties of the Integration Specialist will include but are not limited to the following activities:

    • Interface with internal and external customers and with other work groups and departments;

    • Maintain comprehensive awareness of scheduled project work and drives the resources, parts, and paperwork necessary to meet task readiness and coordinates/leads the field work through to completion;

    • Represent the project team in status, integration or other meetings;

    • Develop and maintain databases used for project and resource tracking purposes;

    • Support management and Cost Account Manager (CAM) in the development of scope, schedules, and baselines;

    • Establish and maintain accurate and timely flow of information to management and CAM;

    • Partake in advising management of developments that could impact project scope, cost, and schedules;

    • Comprehend and follow ISMS work steps (Scope, Analyze Hazards, Identify Controls, Perform Work, Feedback);

    • Review and modify documents necessary to expedite work prior to submitting for approval including field implementation packages, new operating procedures, and associated training;

    • Ensure work is properly prioritized, planned, resource loaded, and executed with little to no conflict via the Rolling Work Week process;

    • Integrate support organizations to ensure timely deliverables are received as appropriate;

    • Ensure that work scheduled to be completed during assigned work weeks have been communicated to other organizations within the company that have interface or impacts associated with that work;

    • Participate in weekly scheduling meetings and helps resolve any schedule issues or other conflicts such as resources, interrelated processes, procurements, electrical/water outage plans, disruption of safety equipment availability or transfers that may affect production and/or potential overtime;

    • Interface with the Field Work Supervisors, Planners, Engineers, Material Coordinators and other WRPS personnel to ensure work documents, materials, waste containers, or other requirements are complete and available;

    • Prepare and receive reports on progress, materials used and costs, recommend adjustments to project schedules;

    • Integrate/facilitate daily/weekly meetings (T-1/T-8 schedules, Plan of Day (POD), Plan of the Week (POW), and lock-in/long range planning);

    • Review and analyze data and make recommendation on how to change process or program to reduce cost and schedule;

    • Track and schedule PMs/CMs, conduct weekly PM meetings;

    • Complete weekly metrics on scheduled vs. worked activities; and

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications

    Grade 15

    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Project Management, Business related field; and

    • Three (3) years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

    Grade 16

    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Project Management, Business related field; and

    • Five (5) years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

    *Note the essential duties for this grade level are like that of the previous grade level, however the scope of responsibility is larger, and the expected level of performance is increased.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, software.

    • Past or current experience with the Rolling Work Week scheduling process.

    • Understanding of facility processes, systems, and equipment.

    • Knowledgeable of EVMS.

    Hiring Range Minimum: $78,338

    Hiring Range Maximum: $98,813

    Grade 16

    Hiring Range Minimum: $86,138

    Hiring Range Maximum: $108,513

    In accordance with the company's philosophy on compensation for exempt and salaried non-exempt employees, WRPS takes into consideration a variety of factors when determining initial salary to include assigned job scope and responsibility, a candidate's qualifications as compared to internal comparators performing in a similar role, and the external labor market. A salary offer will be made within the targeted hiring range posted. Note a candidate's prior salary history will not be taken into consideration.
