We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our client's team specializing in janitorial supplies. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering solutions that meet our clients' janitorial needs.

salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service.

• Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their janitorial supply requirements.

• Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the janitorial supplies market.

• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

• Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking, to generate leads and close sales.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product line, including janitorial cleaning chemicals, equipment, and accessories.

• Educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to remain competitive in the marketplace.

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.

• Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange shipment schedules and address any delivery-related issues.

• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability.

• Fluent in Spanish and English is a plus
