A snapshot of your day

Incubating new business solutions to problems society needs to accelerate the energy transition is one key component of Siemens Energy innovation strategy. You will run our company wide incubation program which aims to develop our entrepreneurial leaders and produce new breakthrough business ventures that can be commercialized inside or outside of our company. You will operate as an integral part of our Ventures team and help drive the early ideation and incubation of ideas that are strategically aligned with the goals of Siemens Energy.

How you'll make an impact

Global program management

• Develop our global entrepreneurship program portfolio conceptionally and strategically and ensure that our strategic objectives are aligned with the outcomes.

• Take ownership to execute and lead the entrepreneurship sprints and programs available including marketing, event management, stakeholder management and participant engagement.

• Improve the program continually to enhance participant experience and company impact

• Develop and operate an effective customer acquisition strategy and stakeholder management approach (customers are e.g. senior leaders in the business and the former and potential participants)

• Collaborate with interface functions such as R&D, Strategy, HR, Procurement, Legal, etc to enable effective design and delivery of program.

• Orchestrate companywide community of intrapreneurs including developing tools and systems to support intrapreneurs at every stage of their development.

• Build relationships and manage partnerships with key delivery partners.

• Systematically collect, survey, analyse and report data that helps us see outcomes and allows us to continually improve the program and its outcomes

Communications:

• Positioning of entrepreneurship at Siemens Energy in internal / external ecosystem

• Develop and implement communications strategy for entrepreneurship approach in collaboration with relevant partners.

• Represent the entrepreneurship program internally and externally, including potential event participation and thought leadership activities.

• Other responsibilities

• Support reporting, portfolio reviews, OKR planning and reporting, board presentations, etc as required to perform as a team.

What you bring

• Minimum of 5 years' work experience in innovation, intrapreneurship, and program management on a corporate scale with proven track record in designing and implementing programs successfully.

• You care about the entrepreneurs that are at the heart of our work and have proven effective strategies for how to unlock the unfair advantage of a corporate to help them success through our programs.

• You are a self-starter, enjoy taking responsibility and working autonomously while leveraging the power of the team on the way.

• You are easy to work with, connect well with people around you and can garner support from colleagues to achieve your goals.

• You can communicate your thoughts and ideas clearly, verbally and written, and be patient with collaborators, customers, and partners.

• You can navigate in the corporate environment and identify and implement measures how to contribute to our business with what you do.

• You pay attention to detail, deliver on-time, and have phenomenal organizational skills.

• University degree, ideally in business administration, innovation, or entrepreneurship

• Full written and spoken proficiency in English is vital.
