  • Human Resources Business Partner

    Description

    • Provide HR support to Business Unit associates and people leaders serving as primary point of HR contact including guidance/counsel, direction to tools and resources, conflict resolution, etc.

    • Counsel leaders on creating an inclusive and engaging work environment, partnering on engagement action plans, coaching leaders through situational leadership and seeking opportunities to bring more awareness to diversity & inclusion topics.

    • Work on retention activity for our current associates, conduct exit interviews, share monthly trends/feedback, identify trouble areas proactively and providing solutions to address.

    • Conduct employee relations investigations, handle associate concerns/complaints, facilitate communication, partner with internal COEs on investigations as needed.

    • Report monthly metrics to HR leadership and client leaders and participate in problem-solving processes to implement countermeasures.

    • Partner with Talent Acquisition (internal & third party) on recruiting including position approvals, weekly position reviews, offer creation & approval, hiring manager coaching/guidance, contractor hiring and extensions, etc.

    • Provide guidance on annual performance management and development process, ensure compliance from associates and leaders, and utilize Workday to identity gaps and opportunities.

    • Utilize Workday for task approval and completion, manage associate information, pull reports.

    • Utilize associate engagement survey data to promote positive work environment and partner with leaders to increase team engagement.

    • Navigate leave of absence requests and issues, as well as associate accommodation requests, and partnering with internal COE as needed.

    • Partner with HR COEs to ensure alignment and compliance (payroll, benefits, compensation, employee relations, etc).

    • Have a broad understanding of human resources functions, excellent communication skills and ability to work with associates at all levels.
