  • Description

    The main function of a Resource Planning Associate is to direct and coordinate human resources activities, specifically related to Workday position Management, of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions. A typical human resources planning associate is responsible for a wide range of organization transactional activities, such as updating position information in the system and closely monitoring the information submitted by hiring managers ensuring personnel policies and regulatory compliances are met. An entry level human resources planning associate typically has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with human resources or customer service.

    • Subject matter expert in all things Workday position/requisition management

    • Ability to support and de-escalate situation working to a sustainable solution

    • Ability to influence those around you, leading without authority

    • Provide high touch engagement with hiring managers, workforce planners and the extended TA team

    • Consult and advise hiring managers on job descriptions to ensure the job description have inclusive language and are compliant

    • Act as the operational liaison between an approved position and the initiation of the recruiting process

    • Be a team champion on facilitation and enhancements to the global processes

    • Have a schedule that allows flexibility to support global partners in region

    Major Job Duties and Responsibilities

    o Process transactional requests received from clients

    o Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary

    o Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales

    o Prepare reports, such as organization and flow charts, and career path reports, to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information
