    6. Address employee inquiries related to benefits, making complex information easily understandable.

    7. Payroll and Compliance:

    8. Oversee payroll operations for a multi-state and California workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

    9. Stay current with payroll laws and industry trends to proactively address any changes that may impact the organization.

    10. Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:

    11. Act as a trusted advisor for employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters and conflict resolution.

    12. Conduct investigations and address employee relations issues with empathy and fairness.

    13. Strategic HR Planning:

    14. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

    15. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the continuous enhancement of HR processes.

    10. Proven track record of building trust within a remote work environment.

    11. Strategic Thinking and Hands-on Approach:

    13. Hands-on approach with a VP or Head of Human Resources level of experience, capable of managing both strategic and day-to-day operational aspects of HR functions.
