    We are offering a contract employment opportunity in RIDGEFIELD, Connecticut, for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist Consultant to join our team in the CPA firm industry. Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive HR support and guidance such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, compliance, and HR strategy. You will serve as a crucial liaison between management and employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process

    • Address employee relations issues, providing conflict resolution and implementing disciplinary procedures when necessary

    • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews

    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance

    • Ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures, making updates as necessary to reflect changes in laws or company objectives

    • Ensure the company's compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR

    • Develop and implement an effective HR strategy in line with the organization's goals

    • Manage benefit functions, ensuring all employees are aware of their benefits and how to access them

    • Oversee compensation administration, ensuring fair and competitive compensation across the organization

    • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions within a CPA firm

    • Demonstrable experience in Compensation Administration

    • Strong understanding of Compliance procedures within HR

    • Proven track record in effective Onboarding processes

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
