    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join our team. The HR Analyst will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our People Analytics dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR business processes and HR technology systems, as well as exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. The HR Analyst will collaborate with the HR team and other business partners to optimize the functionality of the HR system and ensure that data is accurate, timely, and compliant while making people related data more accessible to our leaders.

    Work Location: In office 4 days a week at Westlake office, 1 remote

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, and other business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

    • Create and maintain HR metrics and reports to inform HR strategy and decision-making.

    • Assist with the development and maintenance of HR metrics and reporting, including creation and ownership of a People Analytics dashboard in Power BI.

    • Analyze data related to employee performance, compensation, benefits, and turnover to identify trends and patterns for HR leadership.

    • Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and benchmarking data to provide recommendations to HR leadership.

    • Developing UKG surveys to collect employee feedback.

    • Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand business needs and provide analytical support.

    • Create presentations and visualizations to communicate HR data and insights to key stakeholders.

    • Provide training and support to HR team members on systems, analytics, and data interpretation.

    • Administer and maintain the HR systems and data, ensuring that it is operating effectively and efficiently.

    • Ensure the integrity of HR system data by conducting regular audits and identifying and resolving data discrepancies.

    • Ensure compliance with applicable HR laws, pay practices, tax allocations, and regulations by monitoring system configurations and data inputs.

    • Assisting with ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field

    • 3+ years of experience in HR administration and support. Experience within the industry and Core-Mark is highly encouraged and valued

    • Knowledge of HR processes and workflows, as well as HR technology systems

    • Proficiency in HR software, including UKG, SAP, Power BI

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

    • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and HR information systems, is preferred

    • Team player and self starter with an unbiased view of data and people
