Hardware Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Hardware Engineer to join one of our largest industrial clients. This highly motivated and hands-on individual will be responsible for specifying and developing microcontrollers for new gas analyzer products from the ground up utilizing C++ and C. This individual must have an excellent understanding of the signal processing of sensors as well as be a strong team player. This is an onsite position based out of Dexter, MI.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of Hardware Engineering experience

• Ability to spec out microcontrollers

• Experience working with the signal processing of sensors

• Basic coding experience with C++ or C

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, etc.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Must work 5 days onsite in Dexter, MI - Embedded systems background

• HazLoc/Hazard Location or Atex experience null
