Our client in Greensburg, PA is hiring for a Customer Care Specialist for a contract to hire opportunity. This position is office based, generally M-TH 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, with a remote Friday of 9:00 AM-noon. 35 hour workweek and Fridays are remote. $15
The Customer Care Specialist serves as the first point of contact and provides high quality customer service to internal and external customers.
Support functions of a multi-channel customer contact center to include answering incoming calls, managing and responding appropriately to inquiries while problem solving, and providing solutions to customers via phone, email and in-person
Provide high quality customer service in a customer friendly, efficient manner yielding overall customer satisfaction
Maintain customer relationship management by entering information quickly and accurately
Perform a variety of administrative services that may include typing, filing, making copies, office supply and mail distribution
Provide support to other departments as needed such as processing membership renewals and assist with and support the product program initiatives
Serve as the primary back up to the retail shop, as needed
Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in a customer facing role
Top notch communicator - writes will and communicates in a clear and understandable manner
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook and willingness and ability to learn new systems
Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus, but training is provided
Ability to perform basic office skills to include record keeping, report preparation, filing and records management
Must be organized, detail orientated, and customer focused
Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain confidentiality
Ability and willingness to work and maintain a flexible schedule

Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience in Administrative Assistance and Customer Service is required
Ability to perform Data Entry tasks with accuracy and precision
Excellent organizational skills, including experience with Organizing Files and Scanning
Capable of managing and executing Shipping Functions
Ability to Schedule Appointments efficiently and manage multiple calendars
Experience in a Call Center Customer Service environment is advantageous
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
