General Maintenance 2-Painter- Full Time, Days

Responsibilities:

• Clean, maintain and prepare job site/shop.

• Receive/deliver and stock materials.

• Minor repair/patching of walls to prepare for painting.

• Mix paints/stains.

• Stenciling of equipment/walls.

• Fire stop inspections.

• Sanding/prepare for painting.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Two years general maintenance-related work experience OR completion of a trade school required.

• Military experience considered. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Driver's License
