General Laborer

Essential Job duties:

• Operates log saw cutting log or billet into appropriate lengths.

• Ensures proper labeling of logs and billets with stamping unit, color codes and production tags.

• Moves cut log and billet into appropriate storage area.

• Loads and unloads logs into appropriate stacks prior to and after completion of homogenization.

• Assists Saw Helper roll logs from table to saw area.

• Checks sharpness of saw blades on a regular basis.

• Assists in the starting and stopping of all cast at the cast unit.

Must Haves:

Safety Conscientious

Ability to lift 50 lbs throughout schedule

Ability to do basic math

Ability to Operate forklift as needed (willing to train)

Agility to Operate Overhead crane as needed ( willing to train)

Shift:

7am-7pm

• Week 1= Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

• Week 2- Tuesday, Wednesday , Thursday

Pay: $19/hr
