Front Office Administrator

The ideal Front Office Administrator will have excellent communication abilities, effective organization, and time management skills. In addition, the Candidate will have a keen attention to detail, great customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude, ability to work independently with little-to-no supervision, and at the same time, be a team player and assist where-ever needed. You will be located in the Securitas Arlington, VA office.

You will also have responsibilities to

• Manage state licensing requirements and attend monthly meetings.

• Performs a variety of office administrative functions, such as preparing correspondence and reports, processing mail, manage communication channels, and filing.

• Maintain the Uniform room, ordering, inventorying, cleaning, and destroying old/used uniforms.

• Organize/set-up for meetings and trainings.

• Have coaching and counseling skills.

• Manage awards for monthly, quarterly, and yearly officers.

• Possess top notch organization skills.

Securitas will offer a base salary of $27-$29 per hour plus a great benefit package that includes:

• Medical, dental, vision, and Life insurance
