Responsibilities

tracking the placement and disposition of DHL's over-the-road equipment across a number of different operating sites using established tracking tools and standard operating procedures. The position entails tracking a number of milestones for individual units, identifying bottlenecks, and working with the DHL maintenance manager, DHL site teams, and/or third-party service providers to identify unit status and rectify delays. The role entails utilization, maintenance, and refinement of Excel-based tracking tools, as well as use of various communication tools (email, instant messaging, phone calls) to interact with various parties. The role will also include some light data entry, trouble shooting, and ad hoc projects related to DHL's fleet management function.

Important skills: Intermediate Excel, Microsoft Teams, well-organized, effective communicator, attention to detail, consistent attendance.
