    Position Summary

    We're currently looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to join our Merchandising Finance team. This role will be responsible for providing strategic decision support for Bridgestone Retail Operations. This successful teammate will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. The position reports to the Senior Manager Merchandising Finance.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a key contributor to the forecast and budgeting processes.

    • Act as a trusted business partner to the tire and service category management teams.

    • Provide insights and analysis on real estate lease renewals and closures.

    • Maintain and develop pro forma financial statements for new store investments.

    • Interpret and analyze income statements.

    • Develop complex financial models.

    • Possess strong analytical & evaluation skills.

    • Proactively drive strategy and finance discussions within the business.

    • Manage competing priorities and deadlines in a timely and efficient manner.

    • Support and/or lead highly visible special projects on an ad-hoc basis.

    • Identify and implement process improvements.

    • Communicate candidly and directly to various levels of leadership.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance / MBA preferred

    • Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience

    • Extensive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

    • Alteryx and Power BI experience preferred.
