  • Job Title: Facilities Manager (Part time 2-3 days/week)

    Duration: 9+ months with high possibility of extension

    Location: Wilson, NC

    Pay rate: $24/hr.

    We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join one of our Fortune 500 Real Estate clients.

    Position Summary:

    Dematerialization of a production site

    For this location we should focus on the search of a resource with more experienced-on manufactory Facilities Management side. As a industry site, even being with the production no longer running there are heavy system equipment's like HVAC, Water treatment, Fire & Safety that we should keep with equipment's and system active and with preventive maintenance scheduled***

    This role will also serve as the primary point of contact for any HSE topic. The candidate will ensure the integration and ongoing oversight aspects required by HSE Management are appropriately executed.

    Main responsibilities will be:

      1. Manage the PO's into our client system
      1. Integrate this site into our scope
      1. Ensure that the SOP's are in place, PM's, licenses
    • Ensure all contractors, under sphere of control, operate within appropriate SHE processes and client HSE standards

    • Fully implements site HSE system according to Sandoz HSE Handbook for Offices.

    • Ensures that HSE services are provided to the site in an effective and efficient manner.

    • Maintains a proper information flow regarding HSE topics to Sandoz management line functions on and above site, to all Sandoz associates and Third Party Personnel.

    • When appropriate, engage with Site Legal or Regional HSE on HSE regulatory issues.

    • All HSE Program goals/targets are achieved within agreed timelines.

    • Customer satisfaction with HSE program at the site.

    Must Haves:

    • Certification in two or more of the following: Electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power***

    • AT LEAST 5 YEARS operations experience of facilities management or service delivery***

    • AT LEAST 5 YEARS Technical Background with an understanding of HVAC systems within Buildings***

    • AT LEAST 5 YEARS Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry ***

    • Good understanding of HSE (especially HSE Legal matters of the site country)***

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Control and manage service charge accounts where appropriate, providing monthly report data to Account Manager

    • Ensure Client satisfaction by being responsible for achieving client SLR and driving acceptable service delivery performance

    • Strong lines of communication to user population on all BAU activity

    • Ensuring compliance with legislative, Client and Company health, Safety and environmental requirements. Sharing of best practice

    • Work with local/central/third party project manager(s) to ensure fully integrated FM/projects delivery

    • Maintain a motivated team by management and personal development of all local based staff

    • Organizing monthly team meetings

    • Performance Management

    • Provision of strong upward and downward communications within the team

    • Overall operational management within designated site area. Reception, Post room, Cleaning, Security & Specialist Sub Contractors

    • Ability to drive and deliver 1st Class service excellence with innovative and compelling ideas

    • Development and implementation of Customer Service strategy for location

    • Developing partnering relationships with key client/s in the location

    • Manage and motivate team in line with IIP accreditation and guidelines.

    • Delivery of "One Team" methodology within location

    • Establishment of in depth knowledge of client culture with particular focus on Real Estate and Site Organization

    • Close liaison with Central support team to promote a consistent professional image of CBRE image and brand

    • Promote and sponsor a culture of continuous improvement and best practice. Support Completion of client monthly report

    • Manage resources both human and technical to maximize quality of services delivered

    • Overall QHSE activities and procedures on site, ensure related documentation is accurate and proper addressed

    • Comply with HSE requirements as outlined within the SLA and as instructed by the company policy

    • Act as a part of site Emergency team i.e. Fire Marshall, as required for emergency control activities

    • Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies in relevant books/documentation

    Nice To Have:

    • Additional formal qualification in HSE Management

    Interview process:

    1st Round: pre-screen over the phone

    2nd Round: 2 other people for 45 minutes each
