  • Our client, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Maintenance Manager

    Location: Norman, OK

    Pay Range: $50,000 - $55,000/ year

    What's the Job?

    • Maintaining facility and all production equipment in safe, clean and good working condition.

    • Maintaining a highly organized, clean maintenance work area.

    • Managing and working with outside vendors when they are called in to repair or troubleshoot maintenance issues.

    • Manage, maintain and install replacement parts, and keep documented inventory.

    • Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.

    What's Needed?

    • 4+ Years Maintenance Experience in a warehouse setting (8+ Preferred)

    • Proven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role

    • Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.

    • Ability to keep track of and report on activity

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
