    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

    • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executive team members.

    • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries as needed.

    • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing and responding to requests in a timely manner.

    • Assist with special projects and initiatives, providing research and administrative support as required.

    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and confidential matters.

    • Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents as needed.

    • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations and support team cohesion.

    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the executive team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred.

    • Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.

    • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.

    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.

    • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take initiative.

    • Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to contribute to the success of the organization.
