    Job Summary:

    This position is for an Engineering Manager on the MT&S Additive & Fabrication Team. The team members directly reporting to this position are the engineers and processors for the TC-K Fabrication Shop and the Additive Manufacturing Factory.

    What You Will Do:

    • Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams; motivating and developing project and team leaders.

    • Providing specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization.

    • Managing high-impact, short and long duration engineering initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of engineering plan and product quality.

    • Maintaining product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time and within budget.

    Education Requirement:

    Bachelor's of science degree in a technical field

    • Previous experience with Toolroom operations and fabrication

    • Previous experience with 3D printing / additive manufacturing

    • Proficient with Office 365 applications

    • Recommends new products and services based on changing customer needs and success criteria.

    • Responds proactively to market and competitive shifts so as to maintain advantage.

    The location for this position is Mossville, IL

    Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position.
