  • Responsibilities:

    This individual will repair, maintain, and operate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in the Pearland Administrative Building in a manner consistent with a first-class corporate office facility. The third-grade engineer has the authority to repair, maintain, and coordinate vendors as per the established guidelines of the Facility Manager and the Facilities Group.

    Salary Range: $54,186 - $66,936 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

    Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar environment.

    Required: City of Houston Third Grade Stationary

    Special Skills

    Required: Working knowledge of current state, local and federal building codes and ordinances.

    Preferred: Computer skills including MS Office, building automated systems (BAS) of HVAC and MEP operating systems. Extensive knowledge in HVAC and MEP repairs.

    Required: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
