    If you are in search of a new opportunity where you can use your problem solving skills and accumulated knowledge to help upgrade and improve the tactical C4ISR capabilities of Special Operations Forces (SOF), this position is for you. We are in search of an experienced life-cycle sustainment (LCS) engineering technologist to join our team supporting the Family of Special Operations Vehicles (FOSOV) program. The selected candidate will assist the team with support for a wide range of sustainment engineering needs, including:

    • Investigating system performance or reliability problems

    • Researching and evaluating alternative solutions

    • Conducting analysis of materials

    • Developing C4ISR system integration designs

    • Creating key documentation to define, justify, describe, and test new solutions

    • Collaborating with engineers, project managers, support contractors, government civilians, and members of the U.S. military to resolve system performance issues

    This position is located in Lexington Park, MD. Relocation assistance is not available. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate to Lexington Park, MD or surrounding areas.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    Experience with C4ISR equipment and platforms

    Leadership skills/experience leading installation teams

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    High school diploma and at least 10 years of related experience

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    Versatility in electrical, electronics, network, and computer systems design/integration

    DoD electronic or network technical education

    Experience with communication systems on Family of Special Operation Vehicles (FOSOV)

    Pay Information

    Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
