Dispatcher

ASRC Federal Field Services is seeking a Dispatcher in support of our Vance AFB Base Operations Support Contract located in Enid, Oklahoma. This is a pipeline requisition.

Responsible for the operation of the Fire Department Communications Center. Maintains station log, records all incoming voice communications, and maintains the center in a clean and orderly manner. Must be able to speak clearly under stress and write legibly. Responsible for keeping TO's, Regulations, Charts, Maps, and other items essential to the center's operation in current status and in assigned location. Operates Base after hours communication system as required. Accepts after hours trouble calls, inputs into computer and/or contacts EMCS personnel for troubleshoot or scheduling of craftsman. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Requirements

• Must have HAZMAT Awareness certificate

• Must be able to obtain Telecommunicator II, EMR Certification & Registration, and other contract required certifications within up to 6 months of employment

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older

• Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident, due to contract requirements

• Telecommunicator II certification is preferred

• EMR Certification & Registration is preferred
