    As the Director of Property Sales, you will assume a pivotal role in formulating and executing a strategic sales plan. Your primary responsibility is to bolster the sales within your property/region to optimize revenue and net operating profit for our hotel properties. Your leadership and expertise will be critical in driving the success and profitability of your property. This is a player-coach role where you will have individual and team targets.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field

    • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles within the hospitality or comparable industry (Will be managing a team of 3-4)

    • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth (They want to see sales numbers on candidates resume)

    • Strong proficiency in negotiation, communication, and relationship-building (This role includes hands on selling as well)

    • Proficiency in sales software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
