Warehouse Manager

Salary: 130K-140K/ Yearly | Mississauga, ON

My client in the warehousing industry is seeking a warehouse manager to join their team! Please Note: Direct Placement Opportunity

Job Duties:

• Will be involved in delegation of tasks, training, coaching, and directing corrective action to resolve day-to-day operational issues.

• Planning on how to best run the day to days of the warehouse.

• Work on was to increase productivity and bring new processes and SOP's.

• Set goals for them and their team and how they will hit those goals.

• Deal with the issues that come up internally with the warehouse staff. If there is any health and safety concerns they will be working through them to ensure the process is completed correctly.

Top Must Have Skills:

• 6+ years of warehouse management experience

• Experience managing a unionized environment

• Managing warehouse of at least 100 people (can be over different shifts)

• Continuous improvement experience

Nice to Have

• Strong Microsoft Excel Experience

• Engineering degree

Work Environment/ Shift

150,000 square foot warehouse with 80 employees per shift.

It is the outbound warehouse where the store all of the already boxed and prepped parts for delivery to their whole sellers and clients

Shift

Days 7am-3pm

Will be on the days however they are in charge of all the operation of all three shifts therefore there could be times where they need to be working later or on off shift.
