  • Description We are looking to hire a Database Analyst for our manufacturing operations located in Walton, Kentucky. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing our product quality processes, actively participating in all phases of validation, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for improvements. This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where collaboration and interaction with team members are encouraged.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensuring processes and methods crucial to product quality are appropriately qualified, validated, and documented.

    • Actively participating in all phases of validation, including documents for IQ/OQ.

    • Reviewing engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.

    • Analyzing data and providing recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

    • Maintaining a system that tracks validation records and ensuring their accuracy.

    • Writing, reviewing, and approving validation strategies, protocols, and reports.

    • Reviewing validation packages for completeness and accuracy, sound rationale, compliance with policies and procedures, and accurate data analysis.

    • Establishing priorities and scheduling activities to ensure timelines and milestones are met.

    • Handling multiple projects, delivering reports in a timely manner, and presenting and defending project requirements and status.

    • Maintaining knowledge of current industry expectations of validation requirements for IQ/OQ/PQ/Cleaning/Equipment validations.

    • Communicating effectively both in written form and verbally with team members and other stakeholders. Requirements - Applicant should have a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.

    • Proficiency in database management and data analysis is essential.

    • Familiarity with IQ OQ PQ protocols in a manufacturing environment is a must.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Proficiency in using various database software and tools.

    • At least a few years of experience working as a Database Analyst or in a similar role.

    • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    • Strong organizational and planning skills.
