client, a leading general contractor, onsite in Chesapeake, Virginia. We are hiring for multiple roles, ranging from entry-level to experienced.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all start packages are complete and accurate before construction begins

• Ensure construction activity follows the established plan and schedule

• Maintain current lead times for contractors and suppliers

• Properly schedule and oversee the completion of all municipal inspections

• Ensure cycle time goals are being met

• Follow company processes for internal in-lines and quality inspections

QUALIFICATIONS

• Commercial Superintendent 5 years

• Commercial project exp such as hotels, apartments, restaurants, fire houses, pharmacies, car washes

• Ability to work independently

• Ground up exp on projects $3M
