  • As part of the Global Compensation Team, this role will support a variety of strategic priorities across a number of countries. The Compensation Team provides compensation analysis, insights and advisory to recruiters, business advisors and managers across 80 countries. This role in particular will have a strong focus on Pay Equity / Pay Gap related calculations and disclosures. A successful candidate in this role will have a strong analytical background, attention to detail and the ability to explain the story behind the data to senior stakeholders.

    Job responsibilities

    • Ownership of a number of public Gender Pay disclosures. Partner with local HR teams and other specialists to build and refresh calculations for disclosures. Partner with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion teams to communicate and drive understanding of the results of the disclosures

    • Support and contribute to the Compensation Agenda, including policy and region-specific compensation activities. Advise the business on changes in compensation practices, regulatory developments, and related control enhancements

    • Actively lead and/or participate in state-level and firm-wide projects involving compensation

    • Collaborate with compensation managers and HR partners across functions at all levels in order to understand business needs while providing recommendations to the compensation leadership team

    • Provide reporting and complex analyses to help senior management make strategic business decisions and to influence how the tools supporting the compensation process are designed and evolve

    • Simplify and improve the way we do things with fresh ideas, strategy, design iteration and implementation to ensure our compensation programs, policies, and processes align with business strategy, best practice, and our risk and controls framework

    Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

    • Strong analytical and data / information management skills with a Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience

    • High level of proficiency with Microsoft applications. Advanced understanding of Excel is required

    • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail

    • Detail and results oriented, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities all within a fast paced team environment

    • Strong project management, analytical, and technical skills

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to convey a story through analysis and metrics

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

    • Relevant Compensation experience or other areas where quantitative skills are required

    • Self-initiator with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn and think outside of the box
