Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. The successful candidate will primarily operate CNC lathes, focusing on setting up machines for various jobs, adjusting parameters such as feed rate and speed, and ensuring accurate production according to specifications. While programming skills are not required, experience with CNC lathe setups, including changing inserts and making minor program adjustments, is essential. Additionally, proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers is necessary to maintain precision and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator, preferably with CNC lathe experience.

• Proficiency in setting up machines for production runs and making minor program adjustments.

• Familiarity with measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• attention to detail and quality.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

salary: $20 - $30 per hour

work hours: 4 PM - 2 AM

• Operate CNC lathes to produce high-quality components according to specifications.

• Set up machines for production runs, including changing inserts and making minor program adjustments.

• Monitor machine operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

• Conduct quality inspections using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environmen
