    The LiveRamp Marketing team is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly for, and partner with, LiveRamp's Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This role provides a highly motivated individual with a robust marketing background the opportunity to see this innovative business end-to-end, get exposure to executives at many levels, and to learn what's involved with leading a marketing strategy.

    This is a high-profile opportunity, and the individual in this role will be required to think holistically and strategically about key marketing initiatives and help drive them forward. This person will be key in operationalizing the marketing strategy and driving GTM alignment with Commercial (sales) and the Product team. The individual in this role must have a collaborative mindset and be able to lead cross-functionally.

    The successful candidate will be incredibly curious and demonstrate an outsized desire to constantly raise the bar to accelerate impact. Strategy development, driving transformation initiatives, goal setting, establishing an effective operating rhythm, and ensuring an extraordinary employee experience are the central pillars of this critical role.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Recommend and lead key initiatives (short-term and long-term), ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact.

    • Be a thought partner to the CMO, and play a pivotal role in pushing marketing at LiveRamp to the next level through innovation.

    • You will play a key role in helping improve performance, processes, and interlocks within marketing and across company functions.

    • Keep a pulse on the business and connect the dots with others across the company to determine actions required to meet our goals.

    • Stay informed about industry best practices and implement relevant improvements.

    • Drive the team's rhythm of the business, including all-hands meetings, LT meetings, QBRs, annual marketing plan development, leadership summits, offsites, and an all-up meeting cadence.

    • Manage the CMO's preparation for board meetings, senior executive meetings, and all-marketing meetings, including pre-meeting documents, briefings, points of view, and more. Develop and deliver clear and concise communications on behalf of the CMO.

    • Design and execute communications to amplify the marketing team's wins in order to build internal credibility and visibility.

    • Demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence to navigate complex dynamics. Be flexible, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and adaptable to a high-change environment.

    • Act as a liaison between the CMO and other departments, ensuring alignment with overall objectives. Act as proxy in critical meetings and cross-functional initiatives.

    ABOUT YOU

    • A minimum of 15+ years' experience in marketing. Marketing leadership and experience in Integrated Marketing and/or multiple functions of marketing a plus. (software industry experience preferred).

    • leadership or experience in multiple marketing functions

    • In-depth knowledge of the B2B SaaS industry, including market trends, competition, and emerging technologies.

    • Outstanding experience with a track record of results in applying strong strategic thinking and vision to deliver outsized impact.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • BS required; MBA preferred.

    • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals, fostering a culture of results and accountability.

    • Proven track record of driving and aligning organizational goals.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances with resilience and composure.

    • Flexible and adept at navigating ambiguity and managing multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities.

    • Experience managing cross-functional projects with a focus on the business outcomes.

    • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex issues to a range of audiences.

    • Strong business acumen with a data-driven decision-making approach.

    • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets

    • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

    • Temperament to handle and appropriately deal with confidential information.

    The approximate annual base compensation range is $230,000 to $270,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
