CFO

Description

We are seeking a capable and hands-on CFO to join our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, experience with ERP systems, and a strong background in financial management. As the CFO, you will shape financial strategy, drive operational efficiency, and optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities: Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and growth.

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

• Provide strategic guidance on financial matters.

Financial Management and Reporting

• Oversee financial accounting, reporting, and compliance.

• Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting in accordance with GAAP.

• Present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.

ERP System Management and Optimization

• Lead the implementation and optimization of the ERP system.

• Collaborate to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.

• Train finance staff on ERP system best practices.

Risk Management and Compliance

• Develop and implement internal controls and compliance policies.

• Identify and mitigate financial risks.

• Coordinate audits and address findings promptly.

Leadership and Team Development

• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting collaboration and improvement.

• Set performance expectations and provide development opportunities.

• Serve as a strategic partner to other leaders.

SALARY RANGE: $120,000 - $150,000

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a CFO role or similar position in the manufacturing industry.

• Proficiency in using 3M and other major ERP systems.

• Expertise in utilizing accounting software systems and ADP - Financial Services.

• Knowledge of CRM, accounting functions, auditing, budget processes, and capital management.

• Proficiency in cash flow analysis and understanding of global manufacturing processes.

• Experience with manufacturing assembly, manufacturing company operations, manufacturing cost accounting, and familiarity with manufacturing practices.

• Experience in a manufacturing facility setting is highly desirable.
