    Title: Cell and Gene Therapy Global Deployment Lead

    Description: The Opportunity

    The Cell and Gene Therapy Global Deployment Lead role is a part of PTCS (PT Cell and Gene Therapy Value Chain) organization. This role will be collaborating with the PTC ERP matrix team working on the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the Cell Gene Therapy Template in S/4 as well the maintenance of the legacy ERP systems. The overall key objective of this role is to partner with the ASPIRE (ERP harmonization program) Pharma Affiliate deployment teams to coordinate the deployment of the CGT Template in multiple affiliates as well as to support the PTC organization in enhancing the ERP systems and processes related to the CGT product portfolio. The PTC E2E Value Chain Team is operating in a very unique and dynamic environment, focusing on technical and organizational innovation and building the capabilities to operationalize a portfolio of CGT therapies.

    This role will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of CGT Supply Chain processes within the ASPIRE (S/4 HANA implementation) program liaising between the ASPIRE teams globally and locally, and within the different value stream networks within PTC.

    Key Responsibilities

    Within the ASPIRE Program

    Represent the CGT organization in the Affiliate Deployment team

    Ensure adherence to the ASPIRE framework throughout the deployment project.

    Manage and report project risks; create contingency plans and scenarios.

    Ensure the necessary engagement of the project stakeholders and deployment team to deliver the CGT Scope

    Coordinate the knowledge transfer of the CGT template to the deployment partner

    Partner with Key CGT stakeholders to plan, define and execute end-to-end (E2E) fit-to-template sessions related to the CGT processes

    Ensure the CGT organization is appropriately represented in every phase of the deployment project

    Collaborate with the Product development team and CGTs BPEs/SMEs to address identified gaps in the template and/or requirements needed due to local regulation at the affiliate

    Educate and create awareness of the CGT business model with the deployment team and the local affiliate SMEs

    Within the PTC ERP Organization

    Develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities following the defined process

    Partner with the CGT sites or Digital teams to understand their needs and support the PTC ERP roadmap definition

    Support and provide domain expertise in a relevant area of the CGT Template within ERP systems

    Manage key stakeholders and provide key updates and escalates risk as needed

    Work cross-functionally with team accountable launching CGT Products at a country level and ensure any country specific enhancements are delivered in tandem with the the overall country launch requirements

    furthermore, you possess the following qualifications and experience:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent professional experience

    You have 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA, including eWM, and expertise in at least one of the following modules: MM, SD, FI, PP, or QA.

    You must have expertise in integrating with enterprise business systems (SAP CGTO, ATTP, MES) and data integrity concepts.

    You have strong analytical skills for effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.

    Excellent collaboration systems and G Suite skills (or similar), and experience with Monday, Smartsheet, or similar tools is required.

    You have 3+ years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA deployments project either by being a project manager or a functional lead in a specific SAP module

    You have strong experience working with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday, MS Project etc..

    You have 1+ year of experience with Agile methodologies/frameworks such as SCRUM, SAFe or LeSS and are familiar with Agile tools like Jira, Trello.

    Ability to make high-impact decisions autonomously

    Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of a complex, matrix organization.

    Willing to stretch beyond your comfort zone to learn new skills in a rapidly changing environment and have the ability to build and maintain business relationships

    You have excellent customer service skills and delivery through agile mindset, stability, flexibility, and speed.

    Demonstrated ability to successfully direct, coordinate multiple streams of information and activities

    You must have a high level of learning agility. Cell and Gene Therapy drives supply chain requirements that dont exist in traditional Pharma so constant evolution and learning is required to meet the demands of the products
