What You Can Expect

The SAP Business Systems Analyst for Solution Manager and UPerform will design and deploy solutions based upon SAP Solution Manager and project support tools for modeling, testing and requirements analysis and tracking. Develop project frameworks based upon Solution Manager Tools and consult with customers on best practices in implementation and use. The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for aligning SAP Solution Manager Capabilities with project requirements and leveraging Solution Manager Capabilities within SAP landscapes. This individual will build strategies for Business Process documentation and monitoring. The individual works closely with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to identify users' information requirements and coordinate the resolution and approval of solutions that will improve business processes and support critical business strategies.

How You'll Create Impact

• Develop and maintain RWD documents/simulations for specific area. Deliverables to include: Web-Based Training, Training simulations and Context Sensitive Help

• Understand and follow approved change management processes

• Assist with processing changes to Roles/Tcodes with review of new Security Request Form, Security and Compliance to ensure all changes are reflected in training materials.

• Ensure that security policies and guidelines are followed on toolset as well as controls and approvals in order to comply with internal audit Sarbanes-Oxley reporting requirements

• Review training materials from user standpoint to ensure materials are easily understood, quickly accessed, accurate, and complete.

• Compile settings to create, modify, and update uPerform templates and update server with applicable templates. Create projects and assign Project Administrators to manage content for UPerform and SAP Solution Manager.

• Assist during the developing and setup of the Scenario and Business Process structure

• Manages user accounts and manages user rights at a project level. Also manages the documents and the structure of the document library and website at a project level.

• Responsible for managing the functional aspects of the SAP Solution Manager toolset, including HP Quality Center, to support the implementation of a global rollout

• Organize documentation in UPerform and Solution Manager within the repositories across multiple streams.

• Ensure that the SAP Solution Manager Toolset is kept in sync regarding the process structure, functional settings, testing scenarios, etc.

• Develop standard reports and presentations for management review as well as update metrics that highlight overall repository status performance on a periodic basis. Highlight Workstream trends, risks, variances and key metrics.

• Guide and accelerate future implementations, upgrade projects, and ongoing maintenance with SAP Solution Manager's reusable templates.

• Finance to Manage

• Contracts to Cash, Service to Cash

• Hire to Retire, including MSS and ESS

• Understanding of uPerform client and server functionality.

• Basic knowledge of uPerform documentation outputs, as well as other supported documentation.

• Understanding of projects to be managed, project teams, and user system access.

• Basic familiarity with HTML terminology and website organization.

• Knowledge of HTML, including framesets, forms, links, images, and cascading style sheets. Familiarity with JavaScript and graphics programs such as PaintShopPro or Adobe PhotoShop.

• Understanding of projects to be managed, project teams, and user system access.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and oral, that can be applied in a complex environment both internal and external.

• Excellent inter-personal skills, being able to engage, motivate and involve a wide range of individuals on project activities on all levels.

• Experience in Business Requirement Documents or Functional Specifications

• Exhibit strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills. Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

• Experience working with multi-functional teams-client SME's, SAP functional, technical consultants as well as general business and technical consultants.

Your Background

• BS Degree in Computer Science, SAP Certification highly desirable.

• RWD uPerform/InfoPak/SAP ProductivityPak experience strongly preferred.

• Work with SAP Modules at a Basic Level

• Needs SAP Solution Manager Experience

• Desired experience on HP Quality Center

• 3-5 years experience
