  • Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

    • 5 years of experience gathering requirements and refining business processes.

    • Experience managing the full implementation life cycle for the delivery of systems solutions (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

    • 5 years of experience driving system design, development, and implementation of sales territory and quota planning, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) systems, sales compensation, and related integration experience across CRM, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and data warehouse systems.

    • Experience with Anaplan modeling and related enterprise system architecture.

    • Experience with sales compensation processes in territory and quota planning and sales compensation planning while implementing compensation plans and reports.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability work effectively with remote teams.

You listen to and translate Googler needs into high-level technical specifications, design and develop recommended systems and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. Whether battling large system processes or leveraging our homegrown suite of Google products for Googlers themselves, you help Googlers work faster and more efficiently.

    As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work within Google Cloud Sales Systems on the road map, capabilities, and initiatives. You will also focus on the functionality and strategy for business systems related to planning, territory and quota, credit, and incentive compensation.

    • Design, build, and deliver Anaplan models to support Google Cloud's Go-To-Market models and related Territory and Quota planning process within Anaplan.

    • Partner with Product Management, Sales Operations, and Compensation Administration to gather business requirements and identify use cases.

    • Conceive and execute Anaplan solutions to support business objectives and initiatives.

    • Participate in planning events and prioritization across the Google Cloud Systems organization, including program increments, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, and roadmap prioritization.

    • Develop a shared goal for capabilities in and across Sales to drive the key performance indicators (KPIs). Communicate, adapt, and execute on this goal through Initiative and feature creation.
