  • Bring your expertise to lead and drive core business planning activities and strategic initiatives on behalf of the Employee Experience, including broad execution of strategic direction and implications.

    As a Chief of Staff Business Manager in the Employee Experience Digital Channels team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success. Your primary focus will be twofold: developing and implementing core operating models for the Employee Experience Digital Channels team (including OKRs, business reviews, cost-benefit analysis, etc.), and managing their financials. This position requires regular interaction with stakeholders, Vendor Management, Control, Communications and HR.

    Job responsibilities

    • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of duties based on the evolving needs of the Employee Experience Digital Channels Product organization

    • Collaborate with the Experience leadership team to establish and continuously improve the team's operating model, including mandate, priorities, OKRs, business reviews, cost-benefit analysis, roles & responsibilities, governance, and processes

    • Ensure efficient adherence to operating models

    • Analyze business data and prepare periodic and ad hoc performance reports/presentations for the Head of Employee Experience

    • Lead preparation of QBR, MBR and other reporting needs of Head of Employee Experience - in consultation with the wider leadership team

    • Assist with other stakeholder and senior management presentations or requests for information

    • Support financial and headcount resource management through budgeting, expense management, and hiring in partnership with finance

    • Coordinate key leadership meetings and offsite events, including attendee lists, agenda setting, advance distribution of discussion documents, minute taking, and follow-up on actions

    • Collaborate with other team Business Managers and the Portfolio Governance team to continually enhance the way Finance and Business Management (F&BM) operates

    Require Skills and Capabilities

    • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business management, finance, operations, or project management

    • Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with the ability to listen, question, and articulate complex issues concisely.

    • Expert Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel

    • Familiarity with Data Analysis and Visualization tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Qlikview)

    • Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

    • High energy, driven, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work well independently and virtually, ensuring follow-through

    • Senior-level interpersonal and communication skills such as influence management, negotiation, presentation, and analytical/problem solving.

    • Ability to think strategically and to connect the dots to the bigger picture, while still comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution.

    • Ability to quickly develop effective trust-based relationships, working closely with cross functional stakeholders across the business to influence outcomes without formal authority

    • Structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written communication skills who is able to flex between strategic and tactical items for varying audiences.

    • Ability to challenge existing engagement/interactions models across the organization driving improvements in a collaborative environment.

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Financial management experience

    • Knowledge of Business Banking financials, products and processes

    • Expertise in defining business and use cases, building out multi-year roadmaps, and driving disciplined execution
