    You will position workflows and solutions across Thermo Fisher Groups to directly establish adoption of our platforms into CGT customers' manufacturing processes. While driving growth to achieve revenue targets, you will focus on the CGT market and develop strategic relationships at assigned accounts. Your results will drive maximum share gain by fostering strategic teamworks across Great Plains Territory: TX, CO, KS, ND, SD, LA, AR, NM, NE, OK, MT, MS .

    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    • Build account strategies highly relevant to these markets by demonstrating the Thermo Fisher Scientific value proposition to drive key areas of short-term and long-term growth.

    • Engage with all levels of customer call points with emphasis on senior level relationships.

    • Identify emerging, high growth accounts. Coordinate relevant strategy with local selling partner teams to develop long-lasting relationships with senior level account Executives and Key Opinion Leaders to build mutually helpful business results.

    • Influence internal divisional stakeholders to generate important end-customer value.

    • Deploy a well-adapted process to define, communicate, activate, implement and lead strategic choices that drive high growth returns.

    • Apply established internal systems, tools and funnel management processes rigorously

    • Actively participate and lead cross-functional teams to complete client opportunities that include adept coordination of legal, manufacturing, marketing and R&D.

    • Thrive while working in a global setting among different cultures.

    KEYS TO SUCCESS

    • Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred.

    • Minimum 8 years of life sciences commercial experience calling on Biopharma accounts with a strong track record for sales achievement strongly preferred.

    • Pronounced knowledge base in Cell, Gene and Advanced Therapies, with a command of discovery through manufacturing process and timeline. Preferred background in Immunology & Cell Biology.

    • A strong teammate with proven track record to coordinate activities within a matrixed environment and influence actions across a team of resources not directly reporting within.

    • Possess an excellent understanding of the CGT landscape and marketplace, so you can further our goal to progress the field adoption of flexible, scalable and modular workflows.

    • Experience with new technologies adoption and seeing the market by partnering with key stakeholders internally and externally.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

    • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and resolution skills.

    • Financial competence and self-leadership with a focus on analysis, planning, organization, execution and follow-up.

    • Communicate account objectives and action plans to management via weekly calls and reports as well as other communication methods.

    • Ability to travel up to 50%.

    • Position may require Covid-19 vaccination and/or routing testing, per client discretion.
