What does a successful Business Analyst of Digital Products do at Fiserv?

You will work in an Agile/SCRUM environment and will be responsible for the technical execution in the development of our digital products with retail credit cards. You will review business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. You will use your User experience to write user stories and work with UX teams to execute the designed plan.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with Senior Business Analysts to identify Retail Credit Card business needs and the digital product requirements.

• Assist in writing stories and grooming stories with development team

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insight into key performance indicators

• Assist in the design and implementation of business processes and systems with UAT and UX teams.

• Support the testing and implementation of new features and processes

What you will need to have:

• US Citizenship or Green Card Holder status is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.

• 2+ years experience as a Technical Business Analyst in an Agile/SCRUM environment.

• 2+ years experience with writing and documenting requirements.

? What would be great to have:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics or Power BI.

• Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools

• Scrum Certification is a plus
