Randstad is currently seeking a Team Lead - Brick Cutting for a production facility in Rincon, GA. As a Team Lead your responsible for the cutting,assembly,inspection, packaging of materials. The Team Lead is also accountable for department performance when supervisor is not present and must meet or exceed productions while continuing to produce high quality products. work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Oversee, monitor and coordinate production team activities.

• Provide leadership and mentoring.

• Ensure team's goals are aligned with and representatitve of the overall company's directive.

• Acurately report pulled and cut materials.

• Operate computer and digital interfaces on saws and other equipment.

• May be assigned to different work stations as production needs arise.

The essential functions of this role include

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• Manufacturing (3 years of experience is required)

• Production Control (3 years of experience is required)

• Quality Control (3 years of experience is required)

• Wet Saw Operation (3 years of experience is required)

• Production Scheduling (3 years of experience is required)

• Inventory (3 years of experience is required)

• Supervising (2 years of experience is required)
