  • Office Administrative Assistant

    Aston Carter's Client, a leading roofing and construction company, is seeking Office Administrative Assistant to assist with scheduling, order documentation, and invoicing.

    Location: Richmond, VA

    Experience Level: Entry Level

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

    Description

    • Match invoices to jobs and enters

    • Schedule customer appointments for estimators

    • Track and order office supplies

    • Assists in the management of service tickets, write up estimates and work orders

    • Management company vehicle reports

    • Admin support to president , VP and office manager

    • Maintain confidentiality of all company and customer data

    • Process credit card payment from customers over the phone

    • Download pictures to estimates and proposals, write up proposals and email them out to customers

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • 2+ years experience in office environment administrative experience

    • Great communication skills on phone and in person/ email

    • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
