    *Monday-Friday, can start as early as 6am

    Kelly is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with our client, a renowned food manufacturing company, on a temporary basis with potential to get hired on!

    The Administrative Assistant will bridge the gap between the sales department and the accounting department. Specifically, this role will provide support in the following areas:

    • Order Entry

    • Accounts Payable

    • Invoicing

    • Scanning

    • Clerical

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of relevant administrative and accounting experience

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

    • Organizational skills and ability to effectively adapt to change

    • Effective time management skills

    • Good written and oral communication skills with a high level of attention to detail

    • Self-motivated with a positive attitude

    • Excellent problem-solving skills
