Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description

Serve as the floater to cross train and support multiple department with administrative work. Assist with processing sales orders and related schedules, data entry and finalizing of daily off-line invoices. Functions may include daily processing of bills and vendor statements, matching checks, and ACH payment vouchers to bills for payment, mailing checks and scanning and filing of accounts payable documents. Administrative functions may include greeting and directing clients, staff, and visitors, maintaining the filing system, interacting with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support, sending and receiving mail/UPS, ordering office supplies, etc. Other tasks and projects as needed and assigned including ERP system process enhancements. Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30-4 with 30 minute lunch
