Gold Disk Lab Supervisor
Qualifications: Technical school diploma with three (3) years work related experience in electrical/electronic systems or graduate of US Navy “C” school (minimum eight weeks) on major electronic systems. Special Qualifications: • Must demonstrate successful completion of: AN/USM-674(V) Developer Class and have detailed knowledge of the AN/USM-646 and the AN/USM-AN/USM-674(V) and their application. • Needs to be a currently certified DoD Microminiature repair technician. • Needs above average electronics knowledge which includes: Component recognition; ESD knowledge; and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. • Needs to be very familiar with the MS Visual FoxPro 6.0 (or later) relational database. • Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office (w/emphasis placed on Excel and Access).
Requirements:
Specialized Experience: A minimum of 14 years of experience at an ISEA production facility. Minimum of five (5) years experience as the supervisor of an ISEA Gold Disk development facility with demonstrated ability to supervise and train junior developers and 2M repair technicians. Notations: Applicant must be able to work independently. Some lifting and sitting for long periods and working aboard ships may be required.
