Senior Application System Programmer - DIRECT LABOR
Performs administration, design, implementation activities for the Hyperion tool suite, including Planning, Data Relationship Management, Shared Services, and Foundation Services. Optimizes system configurations to support usage. Manages software patches and upgrades to the Hyperion tools. Maintain deployed applications in the Government Test and Production environments. Troubleshoots web services, application services, and Hyperion services within the PPB BOS environment. Meets with stakeholders to elicit requirements, reviews design changes, and presents prototype demonstrations. Duty location is Pentagon.
Qualifications: The government desires senior-level system programmer with a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics from an accredited college or university and has a minimum of 10 years experience in computer programming. Master of Science degree preferred. Must have technical experience with PPB process and systems. Must have extensive experience architecting enterprise web applications that employed an enterprise level database management system (DBMS). Knowledge of XML, Web Services and DBMS data access as well as extensive knowledge of database design and implementation is required.
Secret clearance to begin work. Must be a US Citizen
